The hotel is located in a VIP residential area, which is okay for access to certain parts of Al Khobar for business purposes. However, it's not the most convenient for walking around the city, and it's relatively far from the sea and shopping areas. The hotel facilities, apart from the food, were not to my liking. The service was hit or miss, with an unhelpful apology from someone who may not have been the manager. The dining options were overpriced, especially considering the lackluster experience at the executive lounge. On the bright side, the hotel is close to the familiar Al Khobar area I know.

The room I stayed in was near another room with a closed door in between, which may need a little renovation and better lighting. My attempt to resolve the issue was unsuccessful, resulting in my return to Bahrain.

The service at the reception desk left much to be desired. I received a useless apology from someone who I wasn't even sure was the manager and left without any offer of assistance. However, there were some helpful staff members who made my stay enjoyable.

The location is good for business purposes and being in a VIP area, but the staff's reluctance to assist with taxi services and its distance from major attractions are drawbacks. It's situated on Cornish Road and relatively close to the Al Khobar area I'm familiar with.

During my stay, the dining experience was average. I was informed from the front desk that breakfast was included, but the overall dining options were overpriced, particularly at 120 SAR.
